1. How your images may be used

I give permission to be photographed and for the Photographer to use the images from our photoshoot for: Professional and promotional purposes (e.g. portfolio, website, social media, print, exhibition, editorial, competitions, advertising). Submission to third-party platforms, publications, or contests, where they may appear in print, online, or exhibitions.

2. Copyright

I understand that all copyright in the images remains with the Photographer, Sèverine Howell-Meri. Any use of the images outside the terms of this agreement (including any paid or commercial use) must be agreed with the Photographer in writing.

3. Model use of the images

I will be sent copies of the retouched images from this session. I may use these images on my personal website and for unpaid social media advertising.

4. Payment

No additional payment will be made for these photos.

5. Release of Claims

I understand that once I give my consent, I cannot make complaints or legal claims against the Photographer about how the photos are used, as long as they are used in line with this agreement.
